Full Verkada security deployment across Chimes' Newark facility, a large multi-program social services organization. 63 cameras, access control, intrusion detection, and intercoms coordinated by Okos through national integrator USCI. Every device documented through the Okos platform from inventory through final sign-off with no outstanding issues at close-out.

Deployment Scope
Video Surveillance
Installation of 63 Verkada cameras, 5 exterior dome, 7 fisheye, 41 interior dome, and 10 zoom, with full CAT6 and composite cable infrastructure, patch panels, and FOV alignment cleared by the integrator.
Access Control
Installation of 10 Verkada card readers, 3 door controllers, 4 electric strikes, and 4 magnetic locks across controlled entry points with serial number documentation and cable labelling on every device.
Intrusion Detection
Installation of 2 Verkada intrusion panels and 2 IDS keypads, full cabling, termination of legacy system cables to new panels, and testing completed on site.
Intercoms
Installation of 2 Verkada intercoms with full cabling infrastructure.
Project Documentation
Device-by-device close-out documentation via the Okos platform, pre-install photos, serial numbers, cable test results, post-install photos, and final inspection records for every device. No outstanding issues at project close.
